Idiot driving an Astra, tailgating, trying to "over take" where it would be dangerous, from Portsmouth through North Boarhunt on B2177. Almost crashes into me at a roundabout.

Sat in the middle lane of the M55 for miles, no cars in lane 1 or 2 in front, loads of cars undertaking, but didn't budge!
