Guy was driving like a maniac yesterday despite having an old woman in the passenger seat, perhaps his mother. Appeared to try to ram other cars including an Uber and cutting people up deliberately and swerving as if to ram them. Showed no emotion. Wondered if he had been drinking or was just a but of a nutcase.
