Nonce in his 220k mile clapped out Merc acts like he owns the road, speeding and tailgating dangerously close, almost rear ending me at a zebra crossing, then forcing another car up ahead out of his way just up the road. All presumably to impress the minor in his passenger seat. Danger to other road users and society in general.
