This fool was constantly changing speed on a 70 mph road, I was doing 70 he passed me then dropped down to 55, I started to overtake and he increased his speed to 80, he is obviously just a complete moron as when I passed he was texting on his phone doing over 70.

Ignorant to the overtaking distances, driver could have provided adequate space, but chose to close pass, as shown in the video.
