This young driver with “Small Car Syndrome” was speeding and tailgating along the A6 in the Carnforth area. Aggressively overtaking then exceeding the speed limit through Carnforth doing over 40 most of the way when there was nothing in front. The noise he made when he aggressively overtook suggested he was obsessed with overtaking at all costs which is consistent with having a feeling of inadequacy.
