I guess if there was a car prior to their parking there, the position could be excused.
The apparent lack of a child seat inside the car however, cannot.

Tailgating, erratic and intimidating prick.
Weaving in and out of traffic, flashing lights and trying to undertake. Clearly found the whole thing hilarious as they drove past.

M6 Northbound - roadworks near junction 14. Approx 22:00 3rd August. Elderly driver travelling in lane 2, crosses into lane 1 without checking blindspot I sounded horn and took avasive action, swerving into hard shoulder to avoid him. Other driver bewildered and his passenger completely oblivious. V poor lane discipline, kept switching lanes afterwards. Reported to Staffordshire police.

Between the amount of smoke this thing kicks out and its tinted rear lights it a wonder no one has gone into the back of you. Why would you think it was a good idea to make your break lights less visible to others?
