This person was about a foot from my bumper on the M65, flashing like a lunatic, acting erratic, trying to intimidate for no reason. When I later came to pass them, they swerved into my lane.

SORNed vehicle spotted being used by workmen refurbishing RBS branch on St Johns Road EH12. pavement parking on 21-09-15. It was also seen the following evening parked in the nearby Magnet car park.

Driver pulled out on me very lat minute at 60mph, then swerved all over the road nearly hitting the kerb multiple times in just over a mile! Also speeding up and slowing down nearly hitting the driver in front all while still swerving all over!
Liveried white van 'SMC Network' have searched for them online but can only find an asia based company
