At approximately 7:30 pm on 17th January 2020 I was approaching Windy Harbour from Thistleton to turn right for Garstang where both sets of lights (left for Fleetwood, right for Windy Harbour and Garstang) were on green so left to right were on red when I saw this Poulton minibus shoot across from left to right in front of me. This was not jumping a red light marginally by a few seconds but at least half a minute after or before lights were on green. I was behind him when he caught up with slower traffic and so got the details that it was a Poulton Cab. Eventually he pulled over into a side between Great Eccleston and St Michael’s.

Try using the left lane when you're not overtaking.... And stay in your lane in roundabouts, you bulb!

Absolute knob.
Speeding to catch u me up in the first place.
Dangerously driving right up my tail on approach to a roundabout when I was driving at the speed limit in the right hand lane turning right.
Proceeded to undertake then cut back in front.
