Absolutely stupid nutter with no driving licence on her or him. At least I can't tell if it's a man or women. Doesn't indicate to turn left or right. Then speeds off with full force acceleration. Needs to be kept off roads before she/he does some damage.

Mr Stupid thought it was safe to park directly on the corner of a T-junction where small children are exiting a Primary School.
Too lazy to park safely and walk up to gate to collect his kid but instead endangers everyone else’s.

Witnessed driving around while talking on his phone. When confronted over this, he confirmed he knows it's illegal - I asked him why he does it then, and his response was just "because I was on the phone". No concern or consideration for the safety of anyone else on the roads, and showed zero shame about his actions.
