I have just seen this green punto drive very slowly along the school safety zone, he was doing less than 10mhp despite having a 999c turbo charged with nitro injection. This is clearly suspicious as this man also offered a free ride to a 5 year old school girl claiming he only wanted to 'giver her a ride on his whip' I can only assume this driver has recently acquired a book of some sort to help him pull birds as he was able to lure not only this young lady but multiple 5 year old children. if seen please do not approach as this man is very dangerous and known to be violent.
