Ran thru standing water (huge puddle), drenching me.
This puddle was being specifically avoided by all other vehicles, as it was being monitored by a gentleman armed with a camera the time!
I luckily had my phone reasonably handy, in my shirt breast pocket.

Absolutely awful driver. Decided it’s a good idea to park in the road adjacent (and extremely close) to full parallel parking spaces preventing me from getting out....person deserves a medal for owning the least amount of brain cells on the planet. Luckily I was available to point out what a parking space looks like compared to the lane of a road once he emerged an hour later.
