This bloody idiot of a driver came to a sudden halt for no reason on a very busy road during school hours and when other drivers blasted their horns at him as he was stopping traffic he simply turned and laughed at other drivers
The tooting got worse and then he decided to park on a bus stop yellow box making it totally impossible for other traffic to overtake as there was a give way junction meters in front of him
He sat there for a few minutes until a bus was approaching the bus stop he was parked in, The bus driver blasted his horn and told him to move, He ignored the bus driver and then customers at the bus stop got on his case and yelled abuse at him and told him to move
A few passengers took out their mobiles and recorded the idiot
But this did not stop him parking further up the road totally blocking someones drive
Pathetic and ignorant comes to mind

SH14XSN. Police eventually charged the driver after i made a lot of fuss. Recently i had a letter from the Procurator Fiscal Office saying that they could not proceed with the charge because of lack of corroboration which is required under Scottish law. Therefore the driver has got away with robbery and assault.
