This truck almost ran me off the A90 tonight. He tried to over take me, I was doing 60 odd on my bike halfway past he indicated left and started to pull back to the inside lane. I had to brake to avoid being ran over. What Iād really like to know is how was he able to reach 60mph on a flat price of road when he is supposed to be restricted to 56mph.

Dangerously overtakes cyclists down a narrow road with parked cars on either side and yells at them for "being in the middle of the road". There is not enough space to safely overtake anyone down this road.

This driver has damaged my building when he was in North Berwick. I would be obliged if owner/driver would contact me at Smith's Pharmacy, North Berwick. Driver is Shaun Evitt. who has our details. We have photos and witnessed.
