Parked in a loading only bay and ignored the lorry behind him that needed to park there and had to wait in the road. Indifferent to the traffic this caused. When pointed out to him that it was a loading only bay he shrugged and said he just needed to get a coffee.

This is Redhill, Surrey, town centre. The bad driver didn’t want to stay at the queue and went from the left lane which is for turning left only. The he thinks is fine stoping at the middle and just wait for some one give him space to join on right lane.
