Absolute tool racing around Edinburgh city centre at ~50/60 mph in a 20 zone.

This driver was weaving dangerously between their side and oncoming traffic. I wasn’t sure if it would be best to call the police as this era rice driving seemed to be unusually slow in say a 50 and then fast through town. Was behind this driver for about 29 miles near chippenham.
