I saw him at a swimming pool, he was too scared to dive in, then a boy stamped on his hand. When he got out, his swimming trunks were gone.

Absolute menace, I seen the guy getting dressed while DRIVING. He also decided it was a good idea to brush his teeth and then rinse his mouth out with his window washers!!

Only two days prior I witnessed this maniac stealing someone’s stamp off their letter, he then managed to get stuck IN the postbox. Clown
