Think same as a few weeks ago - Edinburgh City Council car 1572 parking in effectively 2 disabled bays at Tesco Corstorphine 2220 today when standard spaces were empty- very badly parked too leaving no room for anyone needing space to nearside. Blonde driver & darker haired psngr, both staff of ECC with ID lanyards. Cheers, ladies.
