Cyclng in London on September 16th about 7.35am going east on Whitechapel High St. I was waiting at the left hand junction with red cycle lane lights against me. A left hand turn filter traffic light for cars was green. The left hand turn filter turned red and the cycle lane light turned greed. I pulled away but had to stop sharply as SN13 BNB, a street cleaning vehicle, jumped the left hand filter light and passed within a foot of me. This is how cyclists in London get killed.
Likes to park in disabled bays in their monstrosity of an overpriced mercedes. Not only is it an ugly car, but the woman driving it looks like she's seen more helmets than an army drill sergeant. A wannabe model, but without the face to match.
How that driver is allowed on the road just beggars belief. I was minding my own business and then he cut me up and the promptly sped off, doing at least 80mph in a 50 zone. How he didn’t cause an accident just surprises me.
He was trying to cut another driver up, break checking etc. I’d been following another car and this white Qashqai merged behind him after pushing his way in, but he just seemed to lose it.
Evidently shouldn’t hold a driving licence as they’re a seriously dangerous, can’t imagine how long that car will last given how it was driven today. Avoid like the plague, clearly lost his marbles - this was around Wandsworth area. Wish I’d had a dash cam to record it.
It's quite amazing people think they can park like this and use the disabled space nearest the entrance of a supermarket all because they can't be arsed to walk a few extra yards.
This was here when I arrived and here half an hour later so not exactly in a rush me thinks.
I'd try and call the company but it's probably a fake registered one or probably a 1/2-man band (I.E. The driver).
Also note the huge crack (well "smash" would be a better word) on the windscreen.
