The driver has his phone in one hand while entering one motorway from another. He then proceeded to drive at an inconsistent speed for the next few miles while failing to keep the van in one position within his lane. The impressive thing was that he did actually manage to indicate so I can only assume his passenger must have been helping out with that.
Witnessed female driver and male passenger behaving aggressively towards a cyclist who they believed to have pulled out into their path from a junction. Repeatedly drove too close forcing her into kerb and to dismount whilst shouting verbal abuse. When she tried to cycle away, stopping in front of her to block her path forcing her to dismount again. When she tried to pass the car on the right, opened driver's door into her path and got out to shout more threats and verbal abuse. Followed her as she cycled away, driving too close beside her shouting and gesticulating. Very disturbing.
Quality driving, a god among men. This man isn't even impaired while being distracted by using his phone, I believe he's giving inspirational lessons on multi-tasking soon.

Straight to hog right hand lane rediculosly slow
I imagine the horrible person annoys everyone they know
