At approx. 5.30pm on Tue 26 May 2020 this car overtook me on the A417 dual carriageway heading southbound towards Cirencester, approx. post code GL53 9PH. My car moved sideways from the wind resistance generated and I only just managed to catch the actual number plate. The idiot was doing well over 100 mph, total disregard to the safety of anyone else. Forget a fine or three points. The only suitable punishment for this idiot would be a life ban from driving.
Looking at the regit website it always fails the MOT on worn tyres, I'm not surprised the way it's driven.

Absolutely shocking driver! Driving dangerously slow through N.S.L and 50 mph zones (25 mph) and has absolutely no driving skill whatsoever. Driver STOPS at roundabouts when NOTHING is there, has no clutch control (car kangaroos everywhere) and BRAKES whilst driving UP a 25% gradient hill, causing the traffic behind us too stop and do a hill start!
Please, please hang up your keys, your driving is atrocious! Delaying many people’s journeys by driving at under half the speed limit!
Also has no brake lights working.
