Driver thinks he has the right to park over double yellow lines, on the pavement and blocking access to a property that clearly has No Parking / Private Parking in the windows. Even had the cheek to gob off at the owner of the property.

Typical woman driver. Can't stay straight. Can't change gear. Can't see anything in front of her due to a screen crack more than likely caused by her reflection. Stay away people. Hazardous driver. Thinks she is a girl racer? Or whatever they call themselves.
