Awful driving. Looked to be drink driving or just terrible at driving. Going 30 mph on 60 mph roads, breaking for no reason, drifting over the line at times. Then actually knocked into someone’s wing mirror causing their mirror to smash, didn’t even stop, just slowed down to put her wing mirror back out. Terrible driver shouldn’t be on the road and dash cam footage has been sent to the police.
