Blocked most of the pavement, anyone with a pram/wheelchair/etc was forced into the road (where the back end of the car was also sticking out).

No front bumper , driver had no seatbelt on
Sounded awful so checked it online
No tax or mot , no surprise looking at the state of it !!!

i saw this absolute amazing driver on the road the other day his driving was perfect and he stopped to help a old lady. he seemed very young only about 17.

Smashed up van loaded up with dogs. No MOT and hiding in the corner of Michaelwood Services.
