This guy has as much class as a Bedroom popadom. Learn to drive on British roads. If police, insurers or anyone else for that matter that needs to investigate an incident this prat is involved in, rest assured it is 99% likely to be his fault. Potential buyers, he’s probably ragged the arse out of his car too.
