Some kind of spy vehicle. Certainly not Google maps or police etc. Has all kind of tech in it and what may be radio/WiFi scanners in side and rear windows, laptop and cameras. More concerned this was loitering round at school pickup time. Stockport.

How this prize pick isn't already on here amazes me!
Driving like an absolute nob up the M1.
His plan of action was to basically do 90+ in what ever lane he was able to do it in! Undertaking, flashing people with main beam when they didn't move and tailgating at a very dangerous distance.
At some point he decided to use me as his next victim which didn't quite go to plan! He thought that by tailgating me I would just move over and let him on his way. Not a chance nobhead!!!
You should be as far away from public roads as possible!
