Saw this sitting in lane 2 on the 2 lane section of a46 (between Newark and Leicester) when not overtaking and they didn't seem to notice me as I approached. When I flashed my headlights to make them aware I was there and actually wanting to overtake they braked hard down to 30.
They had their kid in the van so they're really setting a good example.

This driver doesn't understand how filter lanes work. Highway code says "merge in turn". He will drive so closely to the driver in front to avid allowing others (who have right of way) to merge in front of him and allow him to "skip one car ahead". Beware - one day he will cause an accident by ramming into the back of someone!

Guessing the POS that drives this has messed with the plates as it doesn't show on the DVLA or insurance database
So not only is he dangerous to motorbikers he's dangerous for all other road users and needs finding and reporting
