How did this guy get a drivers licesnce, was right up my bumper then overtook me on a solid white line the idiot, definatliy not going the speed limit he is a danger to other drivers

Joined M62 indicating once then cutting across all lanes in one go. So desperate to get to right hand lane. Which is congested so I pass him in lane 1 and leave him behind. Massive beard tiny brain.
