Liverpool, Scotland Road. See him in my wing mirror undertaking at speed in the tunnel lane. i'm in yhe right lane overtaking a van. This prick undertakes the van and moves into the middle lane at the last moment. prick then jumps into my lane with very little room and no indicating. I beep. He accelerates off, probably going 60 (still a 30 road). Of course. He's at the lights waiting to turn rigt (two lanes turning right). I get next to him and look over. Prick's got his phone on his lap. Lights change and he accelerates off. Next set of lights he's throwing bits of paper out of his car window and glancing at his phone. Lights change. Prick accelerates to next set of lights. Changes lane at the last minite without indicating as the lights start to change and straight through the red light

A435 southbound, near Redditch, Worcestershire. Firstly VK11 OBL, passes between me and central reservation at high speed, I had to swerve from right hand lane to left hand lane to avoid him hitting the back of me, then a bit later on (down to single carriageway) he is hanging out of the window inspecting the side of his car with oncoming traffic and in part 2, a bit further again, he is moving left/right across his lane (presumably keeping his tyres warm). He headed west towards Bromsgrove.
