old man driver in red vauxhall zafira almost hit me trying to pull into a layby on my side of the road as i was cycling past on new road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
Pulled out onto a 60mph road, WITHOUT looking, causing me to slam on the breaks. Left wing mirror was pulled in.
Speeding at about 40-50Mph in a 30mph zone.
This retarded driver of a blue 2009 Audi Tt S Line (200) Quattro Coupe pulled out onto the roundabout when I was already one it and I had right of way. Incident took place in Torquay at the Clock Tower roundabout on 3rd August at 6:10pm. He came out from Victoria Parade and turned left towards Paignton then wouldn't make up his mind which lane he wanted to be in.
VERY SLY, TOOK PHOTO OF MY HOUSE, THEN WHEN QUESTIONED WHY, HE SAID " OH, I CANT GET A SIGNAL ON MY IPAD" ABSOLUTE RUBBISH..!
