Saw this man speeding and overtaking on a tight bend with double white lines. Then the vehicle had a near miss with an oncoming one. Was a taxi as well and had passengers travelling inside. What a joke, this driver should lose not only their job, but their license for this. Disgrace! Shame I couldn't get the footage.
