Odd chap. This van came tearin up outside Jones’s corner with lights and a two tone neenaw. Oldish chap jumped out and ran down the alley. Then run back to van to get a little first aid kit like what you get in boot of new cars. Then ran back down the alley only to reappear back around the front to jump in this rusted heap and drive off 😂😂

Oh for God's sake. Ask anyone who lives around this area what it's like - it's crime-central and the police resolving cases is a gross exception. You barely even see the police. Oh, and what HART didn't mention is the reason why neighbouring police forces responded. I'll tell you why, it's because despite being very expensive Tipton's own police station is effectively walled off - and due to shut. It is a common occurrence for police to be either non-existent, or turn up from other, over-stretched areas.
THIS particular stations is a joke. You have muggings..people being followed..drugs..vandalism..criminal damage. Those responsible (including school-age) walk around with impunity because they know full well the police simply won't respond unless it is in the most extreme cases.
A repeated through countless other areas up and down this country. Don't paint over the cracks and make it look like you're being pro-active when all you're doing is usually turning up AFTER an event to mop up the mess, whilst other offices are busy spending lots of time, money and resources scouring the Internet to see what hurt feelings can be policed. Gotta keep those groups happy, after all.
So watch your car if you park here. Watch your belongings. Walk down here especially any time of day and you'll see why. Crime is occurring all the time and the elitist trollops ceiled off in their Whitehall ivory towers have left the decent, law-abiding people to rot!

i assume the driver is a cyclist, or knows someone very well who is. Cyclists and those who are close to them drive very well around other cyclists, giving space and waiting patiently- drivers who think they have a right to be on the road typically dont have a clue on how to act around riders.
