Just another black cab driver, who feels entitled to the entire road themselves.
He could clearly see there were roadworks present with two lanes merging into one. They still try to force their way around through the smallest of gaps, almost hitting my car.
I believe they need to learn a little patience.

The driver of V64HEO a small blue car (something like the size of a Nissan Micra) was driving like a pervert obsessed with coming out on top and suffering from Small Car Syndrome.
He was speeding to some extent along Morecambe promenade, then tailgated us trying to push us.
I stopped at the crossing near The Midland Hotel to just before the roundabout by Aldi to let pedestrians cross and this pervert moved over into the left lane, didn’t stop to let the pedestrians cross and continued towards West End. He turned off along a small side street before Regent Road.
Speeding, tailgating, undertaking and not stopping at a pedestrian crossing when pedestrians were already crossing - all the signs of a pervert behind the steering wheel.
It might be on false number plates as this area and style of driving is connected with crime.

Erratic, slow, slamming on their brakes for no reason, seemed to get confused half way through a 3 point turn and just stopped blocking the road.
