Driving through Frimley, Surrey.
Couldn't let go of his phone, wearing a black cap just makes your head movement more obvious.
Kept causing a traffic build up by stopping the and making a gap in front of him (5/6 car lengths). Just so he could kick his back end out and hear his "wannabe hard" engine and exhaust.
The embarrassing part being, he made sure he done it when the children came out of the school gates.
