Music so loud in his van that the whole neigbourhood can hear it. Seemed to think he was cool, not realising that every driver around him could also have the ability to play their music at deafening levels too. However, we were not bellends and have some respect for other people not wanting to hear loud music!

Taking up 2 disabled bays at Mably Way Health Centre, Wantage, and also NOT displaying a blue badge either.
Looking at how it's parked the driver is obviously retarded and awaiting their badge.
Female driver returned shortly after photo was taken (image of her didn't come out clearly though - hence why not included). Looked very able bodied to me. Like I said, probably a retard, or just a lazy slag.
