Horrendous driving by this fool last week through wigan town centre. Too busy playing tonsil tennis with his brunette Mrs rather than keeping his eyes on the road. Narrowly avoided hitting my mercedes. Driver looks mid 20's, wearing a beanie hat and smoking an ecig.

Shouldn't be allowed on the road. 'Allegedly' past test in 2017 and has proceeded to bash my car when attempting to park. I am a disabled driver and can't afford expensive repairs or loss of NCB. Female driver seems to think it's perfectly ok to hit other cars because 'I have just past my test'
