Was driving to Kingston along richmond road, and this driver was on his phone the whole way behind me. Wouldn’t notice traffic had started moving and would cause an even longer queue behind him

After getting cut off by another driver and nearly hitting me, continues to be even worse themselves and swerve violently in their direction and then block traffic for several minutes aggressively.
Drivers like you are why so many people die on the roads.
