This particular overtook me through two feet of water at high speed on a dual carriageway, the water was clearly deep yet he continued driving at full speed, the water went up and over my car leaving my vision totally blinded for at least half a minute. In 22years of driving I've never been scared until that. The car was a silver Volkswagon, but upon investigation it's registered as a black car, oh it's not MOTd or taxed either.
