Driving behind this selfish idiot between Cheltenham and Stroud, refused to drive any faster than 35 in a 50. Built up a huge queue of cars behind them and didn't once pull over to allow any of us to pass. Oblivious to other road users and completely unaware of their surroundings. Needs to give up their license, preferable as soon as possible.

The woman of this car is one of the most brain dead people ive ever seen. My car was parked outside our friends house and this woman is sitting in the middle of the road holding traffic because she though we were going to leave. I said we arnt leaving and she then parks on the other side of the road where there are double yellow lines and leaves it there where nobody cpuld get through
