Idiot drove (too quickly) the WRONG way down a clearly marked no entry road, blocking cars from coming out. There are cones and a bright yellow and red sign. See picture.

This driver tailgated me for around 9 miles on a 50 road while I was doing 50 they were so close I couldn't even see their front bumper in my mirror. Dangerous behaviour.
