Indicated to change lanes in front of this gentleman and he sped up to stop me from merging. Eventually got in to the left lane, just before the roundabout. He then pulled up behind me at a set of traffic lights and got out of the van, threatening physical violence. I ignored him, and he threatened to smash my car window. Prick.

This driver seems to be incapable of navigating roundabouts or using turn lanes. If you see this car, give it a wide berth.
The damage to the nearside rear wheel arch suggests the driver may have previously hit someone pulling a similar stunt at a roundabout - little hard to see in the video but note that the left of the vehicle is missing some plastic trim from around the wheel arch that is present on the right.
Also did not move into the right turn lane, specifically provided to get you out of the flow of traffic in the second clip on the video.
