Absolute idiot. Parks a mile away from the junction, waits forever and a day (probably because they can't see due to parking so bloody far from the junction) to take their turning with absolutely nothing coming and then when they finally do decide to go - oncoming traffic had to jam on the brakes.

Along main roads where it widens into two lanes then merges back into one, this driver always pulls over into the right hand lane without overtaking any vehicles to obstruct other road users from legally passing him and if someone tries to pass on the inside he moves over to block then by hogging two lanes. Drivers are supposed to keep left unless passing/overtaking, so this is some moron playing about with his big toy car on the roads.
