Extremely dangerous driver, tried to ram me off the road on purpose whilst I was passing then swerved from nearside to outside lanes all the way down Hamlyn Way in Torquay. I actually nearly hit the barriers, on the outside, clear ahead empty dual carriageway in front, did a weird blocking manuever off the rounabout, proper dangerous driving, quote "You're not allowed to overtake" White Ford Focus Estate WF69ZVB 1.0 Ecoboost 125, driven by white male wannabe copper lunatic, 55- 60 years, honestly never seen anything like it in 25 years plus of driving, deliberate swerving without any hesitation to try and make me crash when trying to pass in the outside lane, even when halfway past. A charge of dangerous driving would be very welcome.

Cant use lanes correctly on the Fishbourne roundabout in Chichester. In lane 3 for Industrial estate / Chichester but cuts across into lane 2 last minute heading onto the a27 Portsmouth. Completely the wrong lane to be in.
