White Mercedes Sprinter Van with PIPEWORKS on and HIGHWAYS MAINTENANCE Chevrons on the back.
Crosses over middle of road on a bend to the right (clockwise) to turn off on the right but almost goes into oncoming traffic - moved over before he could see it was clear and had to swerve back, then went rather fast in 20mph zones doing in excess of 30mph. This was in the West End area of Morecambe.

They overtook on double solid white lines, they then sped off. I was not going excessively slow as you can see by the proximity of vehicle in front. I saw them again 15 mins later, having passed a few more cars, stuck at the exact same lights as me. This "got to get by" attitude is highly dangerous and completely pointless.
