Tailgating at speed on motorway in driving rain with a reduced speed limit. Zero regard for conditions or other road users. Then cut across 3 lanes to leave at next junction how he didn’t cause an accident I don’t know. Absolute tit.

60 something with wife?
Didn't GIVE WAY making me slam my brakes.
600 yds later, at a roundabout, failed to use indicators and used two lanes, cutting me off, almost causing an accident again. That's two incidents in less that a minute. A person like that shouldn't be driving.
After realising that I took pictures, sent his "daughter" in the same car to follow/harass me. I didn't take it further
