I've seen this twice in Plymouth, both times being driven very erraticly, e.g. strobe lights on, weaving through traffic to the front of a queue then lights off and slowed to normal speed. From the standard of driving I was wondering if it wasn't a real police car.

Constantly barges their way through traffic at lights and blocks off car drivers when lights go green.
Even tries to make people crash into them recently by slowing down heavily and turning around to glare at them for getting too close - bit hard not to get close when you basically stop in the road in front of them!
Dangerous behaviour.

Is this your bike? According to social media it was found on the old railway track the back of ASDA, Tipton. Not sure which ASDA as there are several, but I thought it might help just in case.
p.s. If this turns out to be stolen (which in my opinion it likely is given the area) then I hope whoever took it comes off and breaks their neck. One less parasite to deal with.
