Driving with no belt whilst carrying phone, clearly willing to use his phone if it's in his hand. Seen at Peterborough Rivergate on 6th August at 15:30. The van comes back as untaxed since November 2017.

Gold Volvo wouldn't let me merge when lanes went from 2 to 1 even though everyone was fairly taking turns. I wasn't aggressively trying to get in front of him until at all but I was ahead of him and he charged up beside me and challenged me until I gave in. Old guy, wouldn't look at me at all. Clearly didn't like being over taken by a girl.
