Followed from callington to duchy was nice not to be stuck behind a sunday driver but lost them on the bends

Followed this driver for over 2miles between Charfield and the M5. He was swerving constantly into the oncoming traffic due to being on his phone. I was beeping and flashing my lights, but it continued all the way to the traffic lights at J14 where I pulled up alongside him, beeped again to get his attention and signaled for him to get off the phone - which of course prompted the single finger! Very lucky for a head on not to have occured. Reprted to Police

Seen parking in a non-space, blocking half of the way though making it difficult for people to get around the corner - arrow is clear (see picture)
