This person is extremely dangerous driver. I was waiting the signal, but this driver drives toward me on pedestrian pavement with high speed. He/she almost ran over my foot, and just parked on the road side without any apology.So I just went to the car and see the driver, but this man (or might be woman with short hair) was just watching his/her phone just occupying the pedestrian pavement.
