Was stopped at a roundabout and pulled out because the driver had indicated to go right so I pulled out only for the driver to go straight and nearly hit me then speed up

Small village, 30 mph speed limit, children coming home from school ....
What does this driver do?
Drives through at 60 mph of course, narrowly avoiding several collisions and revving their engine so hard that the crankshaft bearing can be heard rattling like a penny in a tin can (that's 30 years of being a mechanic for you!).
I have a strong feeling that they will be driving a lot slower the next time we meet ....
