*STOLEN* from Owen Street area, Tipton, West Midlands. Black and red LONGJIA LJ 50QT-3L.
Allegedly seen being joy-ridden by two male occupants on Central Avenue, Tipton on the evening of January 15th, 2017. Also reports of it being ridden around Owen Street.

Dangerous and angry driver. Firstly he cut across 4 lanes on the M25 to come off at the Swanley turning in Kent. How he didnt crash into someone there i dont know. Shortly after he tried cutting in front of an artic lorry, the artic lorry being in the correct lane. The driver then pulled in front of the lorry at a set of traffic lights, got out of his car and blamed the lorry driver calling him a bunch of disgusting names. The lights changed green so the driver got back in his car but sat without moving. Being a 3 lane roundabout i started to drive around the lorry and also the car who then decided he wanted to cut me up as well, followed by slamming his brakes on. Not sure what i did to anger him but clearly he has some issues and shouldnt be allowed on the roads. Car details: 2016 Jaguar Xf Portfolio 180, 1999CC Diesel, 4DR, Auto (WG66 PXL)

Random harsh braking with no clear reason as why. Constantly 10mph under the speed limit and veering onto other side of the road. May be drunk or unlicesened driver.
